About Us

Holly J's Bar and Grill was started in the primetime of the COVID-19 Pandemic in August of 2020. The first Holly J's was founded in Franklin, Kentucky at 1326 Nashville Road. 

Owners Jason and Holly Dillihay began their restaurant dream despite the odds stacked against them battling the shutdown and pandemic. Holly J's in Franklin began to flourish giving the Franklin community a place to come together for an amazing time! 

As time went on, Jason and Holly opened their second location right in their home county of Central City opening up in August of 2022. With both locations running stronger than ever. Jason and Holly loves hearing the communities support and praise!

Time continues to fly by and the fun never stops.  Jason and Holly decided to add a food trailer in June of 2024.  Holly J's on Wheels can be booked by calling 270-757-2544.  

Holly has 20+ years of experience in the restaurant business as a manager, supervisor, and area supervisor. Winning multiple awards for her hard work and dedication! Jason works at Logan Aluminum and is known for being a successful entrepreneur with multiple businesses! 

Success is not everything without an understanding family behind them.  3 adult kids that understand and know the business helps.  Colin has stepped back to fulfill his dreams as a Basketball coach.  Madelyn is now part time to focus on her family, Joseph has a full time job and also is focused on his family.  Jason and Holly could not be any prouder of their 3 kids and can not wait to see what this world has instore for their kids and grandkids which they have 4.  Life never has a dual moment.
